About me
Dawn is an EPA Region 3 Brownfields Project Officer based out of Philadelphia, PA, and provides support to recipients of Multipurpose, Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund, Cleanup and Job Training cooperative agreements with a goal of providing assistance to communities to safely clean up and sustainably reuse/redevelop contaminated properties. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Ph.D. in civil engineering who has over 15 years of experience with environmental site assessment and remediation in the public and private sector. Dawn has experience working with local governments, non-profit organizations, and state and federal regulators on a range of different sized projects involving contaminated soil, sediment, surface water and/or groundwater. She was excited to join the USEPA last year and has enjoyed learning about grantees and their projects, and the benefits and opportunities that the Brownfields program provides for communities.
